The Commissions · What Is Built

The Work
Is Bespoke.
Always.

No two enterprises have accumulated the same history. No two dig sites yield the same artifacts. No two authority systems are built from the same evidence. Every commission is forensically unique.

What follows are the four commissions available within the Private Registry — each defined by scope, each priced by conversation, each bound by the same non-negotiable standard: the Bedrock Pledge.

Before We Begin

What This Is Not —
And What It Is

The distinction matters before the commission is chosen, because choosing the wrong service for the wrong reason produces the wrong result. The Architect is direct about this.

This Is Not
A Branding Exercise
We do not create a new visual identity, a new name, or a new personality for your enterprise. If what you need is a fresh start, this is not your engagement.
This Is
A Recovery Operation
We recover the identity you already earned — the one that worked, that produced your best revenue, that the market responded to before the drift. We restore it, document it, and deploy it.
This Is Not
A Marketing Campaign
We do not produce ads, social content, or creative executions. The output of an engagement is a strategic document system and authority architecture — not a campaign.
This Is
A Strategic Doctrine
The deliverable is a governing document — the forensic record of your institutional authority and the precise operational framework for deploying it. It informs every campaign that follows.
This Is Not
A Fast Process
Forensic archaeology is not conducted in 30-day sprints. The depth required to produce a Tier 1 confidence finding does not compress without compromising what it finds.
This Is
A Deliberate Excavation
The timeline is determined by the depth of the dig site — by what the evidence demands. An enterprise with 40 years of history requires more excavation time than one with ten. This is the forensic reality.

The Exhibit System

Every commission begins with evidence. What follows is a structured excavation — each Exhibit calibrated to the depth of the record, the complexity of the signal, and the scale of what the business deserves to claim.

Enterprise Value Documented history drives acquisition multiples that raw revenue cannot.
Exit Multiples Buyers pay a premium for businesses with a provable, coherent origin story.
Forensic CAC True cost of acquisition, surfaced and corrected — not estimated.
LTV : CAC  3 : 1 The minimum ratio we engineer before any new acquisition spend is justified.
Phase 0

The Shallow Dig

The entry point. Before any commission is accepted, the record must be assessed.

$2,500 One-time · Non-refundable

A focused forensic pass across your business record. We surface your Estimated Golden Era, identify one Abandoned Asset, map the primary Competitive Gap, and locate one undeniable inflection point in your timeline. This is not a discovery call. What the record is worth.

Enterprise Value

A documented institutional record changes what a business is worth at acquisition. Buyers do not pay multiples for potential — they pay for proof. We build the proof.

Exit Multiples

Businesses with coherent, provable origin stories command measurably higher exit multiples. The record is not a marketing document. It is a valuation instrument.

Forensic CAC

True customer acquisition cost — surfaced, not assumed. Most businesses are spending against a fiction. We replace the fiction with the forensic number.

LTV : CAC  3 : 1

The minimum ratio we engineer into every engagement. No new acquisition spend is justified until the existing record demonstrates a clear 3:1 return on every customer relationship.

The Engagement Process

From First Contact
to Delivered Doctrine

The work unfolds in a natural order. Every attempt to shortcut this sequence leads to the same failure. This is the sequence we follow — every time, without exception.

I
Stage 0 · Habitat
The Registry Conversation
A private conversation to determine whether a dig site exists, whether the history is deep enough, and whether the access is available. No pitch. No deck. Just listening.
II
Stage 1 · Raw Stone
The Excavation Phase
The forensic dig begins. All 40+ channels examined. All eight evidence classes activated. Artifacts recovered, classified, and graded against the Hierarchy of Truth.
III
Stage 2 · Cut & Shaped
The Lapidary Phase
Raw findings refined. The Voice Profile built. ROI Triggers mapped. Competitive Asymmetry gaps identified. The stone faceted into strategic instruments.
IV
Stage 3 · Mounted
The Doctrine Build
The Master Operations Doctrine constructed. The CAMERA Framework applied. The signal architecture built to survive succession and scale. Everything mounted in its case.
V
Stage 4 · Museum Display
Delivery & Verification
Executive presentation. The Continuous Verification Model activated. Addenda as new evidence emerges. The signal deployed. The authority, restored.
The Governing Standard

The Bedrock Pledge

"We do not build on sand. We bedrock."

Every engagement is bound by the Bedrock Pledge — a non-negotiable set of operational commitments that govern every finding, every claim, and every word of every deliverable we produce.

This is not a guarantee of outcomes. We cannot guarantee what the archaeology will find — only that what it finds will be true. We cannot guarantee what the market will do with your restored signal — only that the signal we restore will stand on verified ground.

What the Bedrock Pledge guarantees is the standard of the work itself: the forensic rigor, the evidence grading, the triangulation, the honest disclosure of uncertainty, and the complete absence of invented claims.

CAT-MNT-051
The Foundation
The Bedrock — what every deliverable stands on. Verified evidence or nothing.
The Bedrock Pledge
The only acceptable foundation · binding · always
The Seven Clauses · Binding on Every Engagement
I
No Invented Claims
Every claim in every deliverable is either excavated from your verified historical record or synthesized through the Triangulation Protocol from verified sources. Nothing is invented. Nothing is assumed.
II
The 3-Source Rule
No significant claim enters the final deliverable without two independent sources minimum — ideally three or more converging. Single-source findings are labeled as such and treated as Tier II at best.
III
Uncertainty Is Disclosed
Every finding carries its confidence tier — Verified Primary, Probable, Plausible, or Uncertain. We never present a Tier III finding with Tier I confidence. Speculation is labeled. Gaps are acknowledged.
IV
Contradiction Is Documented
When sources conflict, the conflict is mapped and documented — not hidden, not resolved by preference, not smoothed over to produce a cleaner narrative. Contradiction is data.
V
No Sand, No Exceptions
We do not build on conjecture, convenience, or the preferred version of history. Every strategic recommendation rests on verified Bedrock evidence — or we wait until it does.
VI
Errors Are Corrected
If a finding in our deliverable is later shown to be incorrect, we correct it — without defense, without politics, without charging for the addendum. Accuracy is the only client.
VII
The Work Is Yours
Every deliverable produced under a commission belongs entirely to the client. No proprietary lock-in. No ongoing licensing requirement. The doctrine is yours — to use, to deploy, to pass to your successors.

"We do not 'create' marketing here. We practice Business Archaeology — the forensic excavation of what once worked, the disciplined documentation of why it worked, and the precise reconstruction of that signal for the market that exists today. Not the market you wish existed. The market that exists."

The Bedrock Pledge · Signed on Every Commission · Without Exception

What is asked before the commission begins.

These are the questions every serious principal asks before a commission is accepted. They deserve precise answers.

Is this market research?

No. Market research is the study of external opinion — surveys, sentiment, focus groups, consumer perception data. What we do is the opposite. We excavate what your business has already proved inside its own record. We do not ask the market what it thinks. We extract what your history documents. The distinction is not semantic — it determines what kind of evidence you end up with.

Do you require access to our archives?

We work with what exists — and we work forensically. Incomplete records are not a barrier; they are the condition under which most excavations begin. The absence of a clean archive is precisely why the forensic discipline matters. We do not cherry-pick the cleanest story. We recover what can be recovered and document what the evidence actually supports.

Is artificial intelligence involved in the excavation?

AI tools are used as instruments — never as the authority. The forensic judgment, the excavation decisions, the signal architecture, and the final record are the product of human analysis. AI accelerates the processing of large institutional records; it does not determine what those records mean or what they prove. Every Exhibit is authored, reviewed, and delivered by a practitioner — not generated.

How is confidentiality maintained?

Every commission operates under a mutual non-disclosure agreement executed before Phase 0 begins. Client records, institutional findings, and proprietary signal architecture are never disclosed, referenced in public work, or used in any capacity outside the commissioned engagement. The private record stays private.

How long does an engagement take?

Project Exhibits run on fixed timelines established at commission acceptance — ranging from three weeks (Exhibit A) to twenty weeks (Exhibit F). Retainer Exhibits operate on monthly or quarterly cycles with no fixed end date. Phase 0 is always the first step, regardless of Exhibit selected. Timelines are not estimates — they are commitments.

Who do you accept commissions from?

Principals only — founders, owners, and executive leadership with the authority to act on what the record reveals. We do not work with intermediaries, resellers, or organisations that require committee approval before acting on forensic findings. The work requires access and authority in equal measure.

Questions not answered here belong in the Shallow Dig brief — where the record, not the FAQ, provides the answer.

The CAMERA Authority System

On-Camera Presence & Platform Authority Coaching

The tenth interlocking framework of the LEGAiSEE methodology is also its most visible. Once the excavation is complete and the signal is restored, it must be transmitted — through your voice, on camera, with the precision of a practitioner who has spent three decades in broadcast. The CAMERA Authority System transforms the recovered institutional signal into personal authority that your market can see, hear, and remember.

The Six-Dimension Framework
C
Character
Positioning
Define the personality brand that only you can occupy. Not a persona — a precise articulation of the distinctive professional character that your history has already built. Who you are on camera must match who the archaeology proved you are.
A
Audience
Targeting
Identify the psychology and intent segments of your specific market — not demographics, but the internal states that drive decision-making at the enterprise level. Your content speaks to the person your clients become when they recognize authority.
M
Monetization
Design
Align your content output with your actual offer architecture. Authority content that does not connect to a clear acquisition pathway builds reputation without revenue. We design the path from attention to transaction.
E
Engagement
Engineering
Design hooks that stop the scroll, retention structures that hold attention through the argument, and calls to action that do not feel like requests. Engagement is not accidental in authority content — it is engineered from the first frame.
R
Repurposing
Infrastructure
One piece of content becomes a multi-platform publishing event. The repurposing infrastructure is built before a single piece is produced — so that every asset created works across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email without requiring additional creative effort each time.
A
AI
Acceleration
AI tools trained on your Voice Profile — the 8-dimension linguistic fingerprint extracted during the excavation — handle scripting, headline testing, and iterative refinement at scale. The AI writes in your voice because we built a record of what your voice actually is.

Why On-Camera Authority Matters to This Practice

"The Architect spent fourteen years in network broadcast before the methodology existed. On-camera authority is not a skill set that can be faked with a ring light and a script generator. The CAMERA System transfers thirty years of broadcast discipline to the principal — so that when the signal is restored, the transmission is worthy of it."

The Registry Is
Where It Begins

Commission selection does not happen before the Registry conversation. The conversation is how the scope is determined — by listening to your history, by assessing the depth of the dig site, by understanding what the archaeology is likely to find.

Investment is discussed there. Timeline is discussed there. The specific commission that matches your enterprise's history and your leadership's appetite for the work is determined there. The Registry is not a form. It is the first act of the excavation.
