Founder & Principal · LEGAiSEE
The forensic discipline of an archivist with the DNA of a master broadcaster. Thirty-three years of documented operational record — network television, institutional clients, national production scope — applied to a single methodology: excavating what a business has already proved.
Lake Charles, Louisiana · Network Television · The Foundation
The record does not begin at a freelance gig or a production house. It begins at a network television affiliate in 1992 — directing live broadcasts under FCC regulation, where what goes out over the air is permanent and there are no second takes.
Fourteen years across two stations. KPLC-TV, the NBC affiliate, from 1992 to 1998 — Director, Technical Director, Master Control Operator. Then KVHP-TV FOX 29 from 1998 to 2006 — Head Director, Producer, operations crew lead. Live newscasts, specialty programming, promos. Real-time decisions in regulated environments. The discipline required at that level does not come from a course. It is built under operational pressure, repeatedly, until it becomes instinct.
Carr Multimedia was founded in November 2000 — while still employed at KVHP. That is not incidental. The practice was built before leaving broadcast. The decision was deliberate.
We don't find your history. We turn it into Unavoidable Logic.
Texas · Institutional Clients · National Production Scope
Fourteen years of documented client work at institutional scale. The methodology was not theorised during this era — it was applied, across industries, at scope, long before it had a name.
The Methodology · The Identity Resolution · LEGAiSEE
The pivot to LEGAiSEE is not a crisis response. It is the logical conclusion of twenty-eight years of watching businesses use media incorrectly — spending against fictions, building on assumptions, burying their own proof under opinion.
Fourteen years of controlling what goes out over the air. Another fourteen years watching what that signal built — or failed to build — for institutions of every size. The practitioner was watching a pattern accumulate for two decades before it had a name.
LEGAiSEE is what happens when someone who built that depth of record decides to stop producing content and start excavating the proof that should have been driving it.
Three business identities are in the documented record. Carr Multimedia Digital Creations. Carr Multimedia — the marketing machine. LEGAiSEE. Each transition is evidenced in archived web captures, dated and retrievable. That progression — from practitioner, to strategist, to archaeologist — is itself a proof of concept. The methodology was tested on the practitioner's own record before it was offered to anyone else.
Before there was a methodology, there was a document. It was published in the practitioner's official institutional values materials — predating LEGAiSEE by at least a decade. It reads: "A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent. Once a Scout, Always a Scout."
That is not a mission statement. It is a documented ethical orientation. It matters here because the methodology requires something that cannot be extracted from process documentation: the willingness to report what the record actually shows, not what the client would prefer it to show.
Business Archaeology does not cherry-pick the cleanest story. It does not suppress an abandoned asset because the client is embarrassed by it. It does not inflate a credential or omit an unresolved thread. The practitioner's own record above contains an unresolved filing and a clearly documented identity evolution that includes a phase called "Rockstar Marketing Machine." Both are in the record because the record is what it is. The methodology applied to clients is applied first to the practitioner. The ethical orientation behind that approach was documented long before the methodology existed.
Every enterprise of thirty million dollars or more has a record. Most of it is buried — in archived campaigns, abandoned initiatives, operational decisions that shaped the business and were never documented as proof. The methodology exists to surface that record and turn it into something a competitor cannot replicate and a market cannot ignore. Phase 0 is where it begins.
